reauthorize not working

I was annoyed that we now have to reauthorize our accounts all the time, but now when I request the reauthorize to take place I get “account not found”.  This is on the heels of not using the speakers for months while the last update was figured out.   
 

can I suggest you use a sandbox environment for testing before going live with these features nobody is asking for?    Also, remove the reauthorize requirement.   Thanks!

They know, nobody is working on it.  I just spent 2+ hours on the phone with someone to try to get past this, and he ended the call with “yeah, you’ll just have to wait until they fix this issue”.  The issue that’s been going on for 9+ months.  I also was UNABLE to PAY to subscribe to Sonos Radio HD unless I used a computer.  The “subscribe” window simply doesn’t show up on a phone app or browser.

my Sonos is completely down since the new update !  it finds my Sonos but the controller can not connect anymore to it as it “can not be found” … tried everything from the firewall to Norton, to reinstalling… on the computer everything is down… CAN’T EVEN GET my library back !! which was before the new update !! Can’t play from Sirius nor Spotify !!!  I have had enough of their stupid upgrades that make the system obsolete !!!!  anyone with ideas ?

I’m noticing a lot more used Sonos products on marketplace.   People are fed up.
