RE-NAME A SONOS PLAYER 1
procedure to change a player name

Settings->Room Settings->(Room Name). Tap on room name and either choose from the drop down menu or type in a new name. Note, if you are using the Alexa skill, you must tell Alexa to "Scan for devices" after the name change.
