This is basic enough that I must just be missing it somewhere in the App. How do I change the order of the podcast episodes in the Sonos app for PocketCasts? I want the oldest unplayed episode on top, not the most recent.

You ask PocketCast to either deliver the data in the order you desire, or add an option to deliver it in your desired order.
Sonos never sorts third party data, for good reasons.
