Please can someone from Sonos explain the action plan for the New App

As is evidenced by all of the posts here, the new App is not fit for purpose. This means that we, the users, need a plan of action to deliver all of the functionality we need. We need this in hours/days not weeks/months.

The obvious solution is to backout the New App and redeliver the previous one.

Please can someone from Sonos explain why this has not happened already?

Yep. Sonos moderators and management suspiciously silent. Quivering away, having realised their stuff-up? 😤

The new app is very glitchy. Will show new song and room and then defaults to NO TITLE and a room I rarely use. Entertaining this weekend and would love to share Sonos as strong product. Any help appreciated. Thx
