We have the Sonos One speakers.  We noticed that the “Play” and “Shuffle” buttons disappear for many, but not all, of our saved albums. Often occurs after we play the complete album. To get them to reappear, we have to delete the album and re-save it.  We are using Amazon music for the music source.  Does anyone know why this is happening.

Allow me to recommend the following guides and please do follow accordingly. Please check the  Sonos app and check if the "Play" and "Shuffle" are still missing for each step.

  1. Remove and re-add Amazon music on the Sonos app.
  2. Force close the Sonos app from your iOS or Android device.
  3. Turn off and off your mobile device.
  4. Use another mobile device if you will encounter the same.
  5. Uninstall and re-install the Sonos app.
