Hello,

I have tow Pay:1 units that were connected to Sonos 1 controller app. Then I moved to Sonos 2 app. Since that day one of my Play:1 is considered “not compatible”. Error 30 keeps popping… Is there any way that unit can be updated? I don’t really want to operate 2 Sonos with 2 apps as recommended by Sonos.

I have 5 or 6 PLAY:1s that are all working under S2. As @Stanley_4 suggests, you just need to update the OS on them.
