Hello Sonos, I have submitted a diagnostic from my Android app. Number is 8508924.



Mysystem which has two play 5's and a plaubase is working fine in standard set-up and I can control it via my Samsung S7 Android device. However, on the Win 10 PC, the controller cannot find the system. Both are connected to the same wireless network. If I plug my laptop into my router (direct ethernet cable) the controller will find the system.

Hi Sonos, I changed my wireless network from public to private and the controller app now finds my system. Seems a bit odd but at least it is working.
