Trying to upload changes to Sonos system. Asks for a password (never asked before), doesn't except my Sonos password and doesn't direct me to changing. Can't upload new changes.
Using the Sonos app for iOS or Android: Open the Sonos app. From the More tab, tap Settings > Account Settings.



Check to see if you recognize the assigned account. If not, you can transfer the account your Sonos system is registered and linked to by choosing Transfer Sonos to a new account
