I want to opt out of the new S2 download. The instruction screen says to click learn more and then click continue using S1. When i click learn more their is no option called S1. Any suggestions

Is your profile correct that the only product you have is a Sonos One? If so, why not just use S2?

It’s because you have no S1-only devices. I also suggest switching to S2… it’s ‘free’.
If you had such S1-only devices in your system, the banner can be hidden, but you may just aswell upgrade in your case, or choose to live with the Sonos banner/advert to upgrade your App to the latest version.
