I cannot seem to find a way to add songs to playlist in the new app. when I click on the ••• next to a song while another is playing, the only option now appears to be Replace Queue, and no ability to insert the song. what am I missing?
Has the app been updated to return to your place in the queue after you’ve displayed the individual track playing? On my ipad, I am still returned to the front of the queue and must scroll through scores if not hundreds of tracks in a playlist to get to the track being played again.
No.
No. I know Sonos is aware of the problem, but for some reason it is a low priority, even though it is very annoying and a lot of people have complained about it.

Their inability to deliver, or care in returning qol features tracks with the zero f’s they gave in releasing the app on us last year.
Just added and updated a few new songs into my Sonos music library but noticed that they still haven’t fixed the issue of losing your place in the queue and always taking you back to the top of the playlist. Why doesn’t Sonos fix this? It can’t be that difficult. SonoPhone and SonoPad both do it with no problem, and they aren’t even Sonos. Does Sonos even give a s***? I’ve been waiting for over a year. I know you know about it.
Oh, and to add one more thing, I couldn’t do this using the IOS app, but only on my Windows PC.
