New app does not even get to the home page

This is really ridiculous.  Sonos...WHY would you harm your brand like this?  When I try and use your app, I get a default to a System Settings page that says it cannot find my system.  That’s it.  Mic drop.

 

p.s. I have Sonos set up at both my primary residence and my cottage...same experience at both.
