My Sonos app glitching?

I opened up the My Sonos app this morning, and all the info is gone.  No playlists or anything.  The only thing showing is “recently listened”.   Is there a way to get it to load up the info?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If, however, you did not reset any products, it may help to reboot your router and/or phone. Reboot your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds.

Failing that, please try rebooting the Sonos device identified as the Associated Product in Settings » System » About my system by removing power for a short time.

I hope this helps.

Did you set up a new system, and factory reset your speakers?

None of that data is stored ‘in the cloud’ or on your controller, just on the speakers themselves. If you forced them to join a new system, the stored data would be erased. Similarly, a factory reset would wipe out any stored data.
