Can I have multiple iPhones with the Sonos App to control the Soundbar (obviously not at the same time)

Yes. I have 3 Macs, 2 iPads, and an iPhone, all with controllers on them, for one system.

And yes, you can use them all at the same time. Any changes on one app will be reflected on all others.
