Manage options grayed out
Hey there, I have a MAC using Yosemite 10.10.5 and when I'd like to add my iTunes to the music library, all options under manage are grayed out. How can I listen to my music?

According to the support page, your version of the OS isn't fully supported, it needs to be 10.11 or higher.

Update your firmware and controller? Might not be the Mac answer but it is worth a shot until a Mac user has a suggestion.
