Manage menu greyed out

I need to update my music library and the whole manage menu is greyed out.

MacOS 10.10.5

Please let me know how to get that functionality enabled.

For full functionality you now need OS 10.11 or greater. Does your mac allow an upgrade to that?

    As suggested above you need to upgrade to at least macOS 10.11.
