missing level indicator

I have a Sonos Arc in my Living Room and in the Mac controller the volume indicator is missing only when it is grouped with my Roam not my Sonos One (Master Bedroom). iPhone app works normally.

All software is up-to-date. I cannot change the volume or mute the Arc/Living Room speaker.

 

anyone seen this before or have a solution? Thanks

It sounds like a routine networking issue.

What happens if you:

  • restart the Mac controller?
  • reboot the Arc?
  • reboot all your Sonos units?
