losing connection

Hi, every time I try to play something it says connection to Mixcloud lost. Can’t seem get Soundcloud to play anything now. Sonos system then selects its own music which continues to loop in connection lost. When it eventually plays a mix it will last for about an hour and then just switch to something else. (2 x Play 1, play 3 and bridge).
