I have a Logitech Harmony 650 Remote. It will not consistently control the volume. I have increased the IR Repeat. I have unplugged and rebooted the whole system. I have deleted the remote from the Sonos App and re-installed it. The app asked for up 3 times, down 3 times, and mute and said it was good when I did the increase of repeat, removed the remote and reinstalled. Anybody know what I should do? It does work from time to time. The remote controls my TV, my Roku and my dvd player fine.

Hello there, Trimonk. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. If this problem only occurs intermittently, it may be something between the PLAYBAR and the Remote interfering with the signal. Without using the IR Repeater, how does the PLAYBAR function?
