logging out of the app on all devices

Hi there,

I types my username and password into the sonos app on my tenants device so he could control bass and treble. But he has moved my volume limits to 100%. How do I unclog him out of the sonos app so he cant gwr to those settings. Thanks.

If you change your account password that might lock him out. Thst is what I would try first.

If the password change doesn’t work, you will have to reset his controller app.

Yeah I did try that, but sonos doesnt automatically sign you our of all apps and force you to log in again. :( 

 

I think doing it on the app is the only way. 

 

This is a flaw in design really. It should force you to log back in when a password is changed.

Last thing I have tried is  hanging my email for sonos to my secondary email. Will be interested to see if this works.
