Locking speaker groups
How can I lock the speaker group in my Sonos app so I do not have keep grouping when I power the system on and open the app everytime?

You can't. Groups don't survive a power cycle. Only bondings do: of stereo pairs, home theatre sets and SUBs.
Leave the Sonos units powered up, as designed, then your groups should stay intact.
