Since the Sonos S2 Version 80.00.08 controller for iOS iPhone 13 (v 17.4.1) was introduced a few days ago, it cannot be used consistently producing error messages. “A problem has occured”. Stations previously listened to in MyTuner Radio are no longer available. Some speakers “disappear” and cannot play. “Applying” a change of speaker does not work consistely. My Web version with 5 speaker units still works perfectly.

The worse thing is that obtaining support, whatever the time of day, produces 50 minute waits. This is totally unacceptable. Considering the investment made in Sonos (including change from S1 to S2 units, the company is failing its customers and needs to react very quickly. With very comprehensive explanations for a new corrected software.
