Hi all

Recently purchased an iPad mini 6 as my old iPad mini 2 no longer supported any new iOS updates.

I have made sure the iPad mini 6 has the latest software updates for itself and the Sonos app but it will not complete the Sonos trueplay procedure for my Arc, play 1’s and sub.

The room is completely quiet but it won’t get past the first stage of trueplay due to sound interference yet if I use my iPhone XS trueplay is completed with no issues.

Anyone have any ideas why this would be the case.

Have you removed the iPad from the case? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Sonos app?


Closing all other apps?


Having this problem too - seems to be reported elsewhere also, think we just need to hope for a fix!
