Imported Playlists after the May and June updates

I was able to get my Music Library working again after the May update but I cannot add/edit it without applying the June update(s).  I am afraid to do the update.  

Has anyone applied the June update fixes and do you still have access to both your local Music Library and your Imported Playlists?

I am running iTunes and the Music is stored on my C drive on my Dell PC running Windows.
