Keep getting the message that an update for my desktop controller (iMac) is available but I get an error message when I attempt to download it. Anyone else have this problem?

I didn't have an issue, but I do have a question and a suggestion.

What version of the MacOS are you running? Supported OS

Assuming your system is current, I'd recommend deleting the controller app, and then rebooting the iMac. Then you can come back to the Sonos website and download a new version.

Thanks for the response. My system is up to date. I'll try your suggestion, although I'm happy with the controller version I have now.

If that doesn't work, please post back, as there are others who can probably help better than I can.

My Sonos Player update (done yesterday) failed the first time. I clicked update again and it worked the second time. I'm using High Sierra but before installing the latest security update which I did today.
