Split system been fine for a long time.

Today when I start the S1 app (on iOS) it tells me “Use the Sonos S2 app”, but I can’t as I have a Play:5 Gen 1.

PC S1 app works without complaint.

How can I stop the S1 app from doing this, so I can actually use it?

Have you tried a reset of the S1 iOS app? You will need to power-off your S2 system in order to connect the reset S1 app to the S1 system afterwards, of course.

Thanks Corry. I just did a “forget this system”, killed the app, restarted it, and its all good now. No power-downs or shenanigans required.
