I have the track showing from My Cloud but not sure how to shuffle tracks as I could with old NAS

For MyCloud your library should be in the Public folder. Operation is the same as with your old NAS. Load tracks into the SONOS Queue, then you can shuffle the Queue.
Are the tracks shown in the Queue?
