Have followed instructions - however the private beta does not have a leave button! Am I locked in forever!!!! As there are no Private Betas available maybe the button doesn't show, however I want to join the public beta to try the Android controller. Could this not be released on the private beta as well?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you not seeing the public beta as available when you log into your account?
I do not see any Sonos products registered to the email you are using on this site. That may be the problem.
I can check which email your products are registered to if you submit a diagnostics report and let me know the confirmation number by replying here. You can find instructions for submitting diagnostics on the link below.

I'll need to look at a diagnostics in order to pull up your account. The email you are registered here with does not have a Sonos system associated with it. Please reply here with the diagnostics confirmation number that you receive and I can take a look.

Make sure you login to http://www.sonos.com/myaccount with the above email address. Once logged in, you should be able to sign up for the new public beta.

I have the same issue. Says I am registered in a Private Beta I am unaware of. The name of the beta doesn't show up so I can't leave it.
I'm also unable to leave the private beta. Like bLxZe, I don't see name for the private beta, so I can't leave it.

Anyone else who is having the same issue of not being able to leave the Private Beta, please submit a diagnostics report so I can find the account your Sonos system is registered to and get this corrected. Make sure to reply to this thread with the confirmation number you recieve from the diagnostics.
