We use Sonos in my cafe. Tonight, it seems someone who used to work there and has access to the system decided it would be awesome to mess around with us and change the music and turn the volume up. Is there a way to reset the system to clear all the passed employees off the access list?

Anyone who has access to the network that the Sonos is connected to will be able to access your devices via a controller, there are no built in access restrictions on the Sonos devices themselves. Best thing to do if you can, is change the password for the network.
As above reset your wifi password and they can't get on wifi to access sonos
