Can someone help me? I have a system consisting of Sonos S1 speakers and the latest version of the app that I use on an iPhone. How do I add a family member so they can manage the same system independently? Thanks.

They would just install the same S1 app from the App Store, and then connect it (instructions in the app, if memory serves it is a single button click) to your system.
