Spotify offers podcasts, but I can’t find any in Sonos apps (iPad and android). Am I missing something ?

Spotify seems to hold back some of their podcasts from the feed they supply to Sonos.
You may want to check with Spotify directly to be sure you can get the podcast on your Sonos.

+24Spotify (like Apple) have chosen to not implement podcast support on their Sonos endpoints.
