I am trying to do sound normalization in Windows. How can I get it done?

If you mean you want all your music files to be at the same volume and assuming you’re using MP3s then I highly recommend MP3GAIN.

I’ve used it for years, it works a treat, doesn’t mess with your MP3s (ie what is done can be undone), and it’s free

Is this the correct method or there is a better way?
