Hidden Playbar

For aesthetics my Playbar is hidden behind my wall mounted Sony Bravia tv. I have set up the remote and when in direct line (from the side) of the Playbar I can adjust the volume, however when sitting directly in front of the tv I can’t adjust the volume. The tv receiver starts picking up the remote and the TVs volume bar just goes up and down. Is there an easy fix for this?!

I'd say some sort of Infrared repeater would be the solution. You're currently relying on a bounce of the IR to reach the PLAYBAR, which might happen, or might not. If you put in an IR repeater, with the receiver where it can see your remote, and the sender behind the TV where the Sonos can see it, then you're more likely to get a constant and working result.

Thank you - that did the trick.
