Got new iPhone and Sonos will not recognize

I just upgraded to IPhone 8+ from an iPhone 6s+ and Sonos will not play from the app on my new phone; rather, it says I lust play from the 6s+ instead. I cannot find a way to disassociate from the old phone and enable the new phone. Help! Very frustrating.

I have the EXACT same issue. Just upgraded to an 8+ and it will only play from my 6+ which I no longer own.

What is it you're trying to play with the new iPhone? Amazon music? Apple Music? Pandora?

I assume you've installed the controller app on the new phone.

Just moved from an Android phone to an iPhone 8 Plus. No issues whatsoever. Same for adding an iPad and iPod Touch.
