getting sonos desktop controller has stopped working on windows 7 64bit

hi like the title says. anyway to make it work? ive tried to restart my PC but its still not working. thanks.

Please check your computer's firewall and antivirus settings to make sure they're configured for Sonos, here's how.

i tried what you told me and its still saying the same thing. any other solution?
