Hi I have old Play:5 (Gen 1) and Play:3 speakers and use S1 Controller on a Windows laptop. My Controller suddenly won’t open other than on a page which requires an upgrade to S2 Controller.  Unfortunately I clicked on the upgrade button and believe my speakers have now upgraded to OS2 and won’t work.  I uninstalled the S2 Controller and reinstalled S1 but no joy.  Any ideas?  Or is this just a way of making me upgrade to the new generation products?

To better understand your Sonos system and identify the status of the devices, kindly submit a diagnostic report through the Sonos app, then reply with the confirmation number.

I'd start by reviewing your system and go from there.
