I am experimenting with using YouTube music as my music app (since so many of my favorite artists are leaving Spotify). However, I noticed I can’t seem to set YouTube playlists from my library as my alarms, even if the playlist is public. I can find and play them in the main page, but not for the alarm.
as a side note, I miss the old alarm functionality. So much nicer to find playlists

Hello @Kleinsmith, welcome back!

I just tried and was able to set an alarm on my Sonos system with a YouTube Music playlist created by myself.

One important note is to make sure you’ve added your YouTube Music Playlists as Sonos Favorites within the Sonos App and you will be able to select them afterwards for your Sonos Alarms.

Let us know if you managed to set one up and I hope this helps.
