Is there anyway to setup alarms to fade-in over a set time?
Like with my Philips Hue lights where I simulate a sunrise, I would like to gradually increase the music volume over say 10min.

I totally agree !!! I also use a sunrise routine with my philips hue lights and a gradual fade in alarm would be a perfect complement... even without the lights.
I wrote a python script to give me a fade in alarm. You can specify the duration of the fade-in, the max volume, and a Sonos favorites channel to wake up to. It's at: https://github.com/tksunw/IoT/tree/master/SONOS
