I am not able to update my Sonos Controller and getting error 1101. I have tried all steps for debugging but no help. It does not let me in to controller home for accessing any options.
Have you followed the instructions in the FAQ?

Yes i have followed these steps but still facing same problem
Ah, OK, then I'd recommend that you call Sonos to discuss the issue. They may need to remote in to your system in order to figure out what's going on.
