error 1101

SonosOne won't work. i have tried rebooting my router, and then Sonos. I checked on my app on my phone and it said update needed. when i try to update it fails with error 1101. I have seen others with this problem and all say to submit diagnostics. My conf # is 894856421. Help. I miss my music.

Try connecting that speaker to your router with an Ethernet cable, and then updating it. You can remove the cable and move it back after the update completes.
