Hi
I have followed all the support instructions to load my library, unplugged speakers, checked filename etc. but nothing is resolving the error. Diagnostic ref 971952208.
Any suggestions please?

It would be great if someone could provide a minimal example, configuration and steps to reproduce so this can be investigated further.
