Error 1002
I've been a Sonos user for 4 years, yet still the same issues recur. Once again I have the unable to add music folder \\Computer Name\Music with error 1002.. This was working great just a few days, now it doesn't. The Sonos account has full access permissions to the folder on my Windows 10 and there have been no Windows updates installed since Sonos was last working. To say this is infuriating is a gross understatement. Sonos has a great product, when it works but it it not reliable. I've restarted my laptop. my router and the Sonos, no change.
