I have a same problem, we have 3 ipads in each room to control the Sonos (ipads are in the wall with apple wall bracket) and sonos did upgrade from 9.6 -> 10.3 and now i cant use the Sonos app from Ipads... is there any way to do downgrade? :(((
No, Sonos doesn’t support a downgrade process. Much like Apple doesn’t support a downgrade process.
