Do I have to have a TuneIn account to reauthorise my Sonos account?

My sonos One wont work today as it says I must reauthorise it. It asks me to also reauthorise Tunein. Do I have to have TuneIn to make my Sonos work? Is there a work around?

If you want to use TuneIn in the Sonos app, you need a TuneIn account and you need to authorize TuneIn to be used with the Sonos app.
