I have several Sonos Ones dotting around the house, out of Deezer & Tidal which would give me the best streaming bit rate on these devices? Thanks.

Sonos One’s are small speakers, if you want to enjoy a better bitrate and thus a better sound quality, you have to upgrade to Sonos Era 300, Sonos Five, Sonos Port or Sonos AMP to experience this.
When using Sonos One’s, in my opinion, you will not experience any sound change.
