I used to be able to use Crossfade on my speaker however now it’s just blurred out after doing an update on the app. Any suggestions on how I can use it? It’s for Spotify

Crossfade only works when a Spotify stream is started through the Sonos app. If you start a stream with the Spotify app, then open the Sonos app, the crossfade option will not work. I assume that is what has happened for you.
