Turn up the volume on the receiver/amp seems to be the initial obvious answer, but in variable-audio output, you can also turn up the volume of the Connect ‘Room’ in the Sonos App on the Now Playing Screen (minimised or maximised). Just ensure the room is selected from the System/Rooms Tab (middle icon on the main bottom bar in the App).
