As a technician can I set up a Sonos amp using my Sonos app and profile or do I have to use the customers profile and app?

hiw can I use my app to set up a customers system when the customer is not present?

I wouldn’t.  Much better to get an email from the client and set it up with their information.  Reset your app before doing the install and then choose to setup a new system, then reset it again when you want to go back on your system and choose connect to existing system.
