I have stopped using the e-mail account that is linked to my iPhone Sonos mobile app but can’t delete it via the app. There is no option to ‘change’ the account whereas I have been able to, I presume, start a new account with the current e-mail.
Can anyone help with this as I can’t add any products to the system as I can’t log in to the mobile app and can’t add products via the Sonos site.
I did call the help-line earlier with a 15 minute wait but rang off after 17 minutes.
