When I enter my authorisation code it just stays on the page.

 

Maybe this will work…

Having pasted the code into the site, note and remove the last character in the far right hand box and then type it back in manually and press the Enter key on the keyboard and see if that fixes it for you to get to the next screen to add SoundCloud to your device/system.

Sounds like an issue with your speakers reaching the authorization servers for SoundCloud. I’d be tempted to try several things.

First, reboot both your Sonos speakers and your router. Then I’d try removing SoundCloud completely from my Sonos, wait two minutes, then reinstall it, to establish a new connection with the auth servers.

If neither of those solutions worked, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
