Cannot install Sonos Controller on Windows10 PC
We can download and install controller, but cannot run program

I have the same problem have talked with 5 Sonos tech's they blame Norton and:( Windows Defender. Norton checked and no problems on their end. Same with W.D. which is disabled when you use Norton! After 6 hours, have run out of cell time!! Sonos needs to get on the ball, it is their problem!!!! Wish I could download a different controller!!!
